Godhunting Resources FAQ
Welcome to the official Godhunting Resources FAQ. As an IRS-registered 501(c)(3) charity proudly recognized by Microsoft through TechSoup and Google through GoodStack, our mission is to provide a rigorous, distraction-free environment for serious spiritual seekers. Because our website operates as a secure walled city named Solephiaâ„¢ (meaning light, wisdom, and truth), navigating our password-protected gates can initially seem complex. Whether you are looking to obtain a free visitor membership or access the LXON Library, review the frequently asked questions below to successfully unlock your theological research journey.
What is God-Hunting Resources®?
God-Hunting Resources® is an IRS-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity. We are proudly recognized and supported by Microsoft through TechSoup and Google through Good Stack. To maintain the highest standards of academic integrity, our institutional minutes and financial reports are overseen by esteemed international academics, such as Pr Laurent Cleenewerck de Kiev.
What are your theological standards and creeds?
We are primarily scholars who label ourselves as Christian, often classified as the more conservative or Orthodox variety. However, we work shoulder-to-shoulder with people of a variety of belief systems, from atheism to Buddhism.
Our job is not to make judgments, but to inform. If someone wants to change their beliefs, that is between them and God. We are willing to explain why we believe what we believe, but we are not trying to force our beliefs on anybody. We want Godhunting.org to be a safe, intellectually rigorous place for all seekers of the truth.
Why is the website hidden behind a "Walled City"?
The internet is loud, distracting, and heavily dictated by search engine algorithms. Our front page is intentionally designed as a spiritual quiet zone where users can play music and relax. Beyond that, our site operates as a walled city named Solephia™—standing for light, wisdom, and truth. We hide our deep Christian research and courses behind password walls to protect the integrity of the learning environment and foster a distraction-free space for serious investigators.
How can I partner or volunteer with you?
We rely on partnerships rather than donations. We are constantly seeking motivated volunteers to help us republish out-of-print, public-domain Christian writings. By partnering with us to expand the LXONâ„¢ Library, you can earn access to higher membership levels while helping preserve vital historical and theological texts for future generations. There are partner with us links throughout the website. You also can use any other contact resource like the introduce yourself form and we will get back to you.
What information is required to enter the Visitor Gate, and what if I lose my password?
To pass through the first wall into Solephiaâ„¢, we respect your privacy and keep the barriers to entry intentionally low. We only require three things: a name (which can freely be an alias), a valid email address, and a password.
Once inside the walled city, you will gain access to your private account dashboard. You will notice empty fields gently prompting you to share more about yourself for our secure member directory. While filling these out helps build our community of scholars and seekers, it is entirely optional and up to your discretion.
What if I have technical issues?
If you ever run into technical trouble—such as forgetting your password or missing your initial confirmation email—our automated system uses that single registered email address to securely reset your access without requiring any further personal data. If you need more help email us at support@godhunting.org.
Why is there a music play button at the bottom of every webpage?
Our front page is intentionally designed as a spiritual quiet zone where users can play music and relax before continuing their investigations .
To maintain this distraction-free environment, we utilize the Sonaar sticky player. This allows selected audio to follow you from page to page, creating a unified background listening experience as you read through the website.
This feature is just the beginning of our audio offerings. Dedicated researchers who sign up for the free Visitor Member level gain entry into the Godhunter Academy School of Music and its exclusive Music Room.
