1. Who We Are

Godhunting Resources is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 33-3656345) that operates godhunting.org and the LXON™ research and publishing services offered through it. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors and members, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions about this policy or about your information may be sent to .

2. Accounts and Membership

You may read our public pages without giving us any information. To become a member you register for an account, and we ask for your name, a username, an email address, and a password. Your password is stored in encrypted form and we cannot read it. We use your account information to operate your membership, to keep your course records and account credits, and to send you notices about your account. You may see and change the information in your profile at any time, except your username.

3. Donations

Donations are processed for us by Fundraise Up, which accepts payment by card, PayPal, PayPal Giving Fund, and bank transfer. Your card and bank details are entered on Fundraise Up’s secure forms and are handled by Fundraise Up, Stripe, and PayPal under their own privacy policies. We never see or store your card or bank account numbers. Fundraise Up sends us your name, email address, and the amount of your gift so that we can thank you, issue a receipt for tax purposes, and credit your member account.

4. Email

We use your email address to send account notices, receipts, course reminders, and replies to messages you send us. If you choose to receive our newsletters or daily messages, every one of them carries a link to unsubscribe. Our email is delivered through commercial email services that act only on our instructions. We do not sell or rent email addresses.

5. Text Messages

Information Collection: We collect your mobile phone number only when you voluntarily provide it and verify it with a code in your Account Hub. We text you only for the subscriptions you select there, for notices about your account, and in reply to messages you send us.

Use of Information: Your mobile number is used exclusively to provide requested services, including newsletter alerts you choose, notices about your account, technical support, class reminders, and daily inspirational content (Thoughts for the Day/Daily Verses).

No Sharing of Mobile Data: Godhunting Resources does not sell, rent, or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Strict Confidentiality: All categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opt-Out & Help: You can cancel SMS service at any time by texting STOP. Text HELP for assistance. After you send “STOP,” we will send a final SMS to confirm you have been unsubscribed.

6. Cookies

A cookie is a small file your browser stores for a website. When you log in, we set cookies that keep you logged in and remember your screen preferences. Login cookies last two days, or two weeks if you select “Remember Me,” and are removed when you log out. We also set a temporary cookie to learn whether your browser accepts cookies; it holds no personal information and is discarded when you close your browser. Our analytics and translation services, described below, set cookies of their own. You may block cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site, including logging in, will not work without them.

7. Analytics and Translation

We use Google Analytics to learn which pages are visited and how visitors reach the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your IP address, browser, and the pages you view, under Google’s privacy policy. This information is reported to us in aggregate and does not identify you by name. If you use the translation control, the text of the page you are reading is sent to a translation service to be translated; we send it nothing else about you.

8. Course Records, Credits, and Activity

As a member you earn credits, called Solis, and advance through membership levels by completing courses and other activities. To run the program we keep records of the courses you take, the lessons and quizzes you complete and your scores, the credits you earn and spend, and the books you check out from the library. We keep these records, together with your account information, on servers we control. They are used only to operate your membership and are not sold or shared with anyone outside the organization.

9. Automated Systems and Artificial Intelligence

Some of our services are provided with the help of automated systems, including artificial intelligence. Questions you put to Prof. Dr. Nemo LXON®, messages you send to our topic mailboxes, and material you submit for review may be processed by AI systems, operating on our instructions, to produce a response, a summary, or a recommendation. Your submission is sent to the AI service only for that purpose, and we do not use it for anything else. Questions and the answers written for them are kept, so that a repeated question can be answered from what we already hold, and an answer we consider useful may be published on our site as an example; a published answer never shows who asked it. Responses produced by these systems are generated automatically; they may contain errors and are not the personal statements of anyone at Godhunting Resources. Please do not include in a submission any personal information you would not want processed in this way.

10. Circles

Members may join Circles, which are chat rooms inside the members’ area. Anything you post in a Circle can be read by the other members of that Circle and is stored with your member name. Please do not post information about yourself or others that you would not want other members to see.

11. Embedded Content From Other Websites

Pages on this site may include content embedded from other websites, such as videos, maps, or documents. Embedded content behaves exactly as if you had visited the other website directly. Those websites may collect information about you, set cookies, and track your interaction with the embedded content, under their own privacy policies.

12. Children

This site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, write to and we will delete it.

13. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted connections to the site and limited access to our servers. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Your Rights

If you have an account with us, you may ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to . We will act on your request within thirty days, except for information we must keep for legal, accounting, or security reasons, such as donation records. Deleting your account ends your membership and forfeits any unused credits.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may change this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
