Primary Function of the Department of Planning
The core responsibility will be to meticulously review and synchronize all cross-departmental efforts. This involves research and regular communication and collaboration with leaders across technology, marketing, finance, operations, and product development to identify synergies, mitigate redundancies, and ensure that all initiatives are perfectly aligned with the overarching strategic vision and organizational goals. The planning Department team has direct access to the Board of Directors and keeps the organization’s operational plan up to date.
Divisions of the Department of Planning
Unlike the other departments, the Department of Planning integrates its operations. It does not have divisions like the other departments. Since Godhunting Resources lives in the digital world, change happens rapidly. The Department of Planning is tasked with analyzing the past (recording milestones) and predicting the future.
We would like to recruit a team of creative people interested in monitoring changes in the world. Godhunting Resources is providing untested services. We are subject to the fads of the day that occur in the digital world. We hope to successfully navigate the migration from paper books to digital books. We are challenged by the perceived victory of media over reading and writing. Even so, we understand the word of God to be powerful and unchanging. We want to make it available all over the world.
We are building a community of Christian scholars, disciples, teachers, and others seeking knowledge about God as revealed in the Bible and creation. We do not replace other Christian ministries, but we attempt to provide the resources and help them in any way we can. For example, we recruit retired seminary professors and other scholars who may provide assistance with teaching, counseling, and coaching. We are motivated by the Biblical predictions that the knowledge of God will increase dramatically in the end times. We are working to make this website an important contribution to that prophecy.
So that the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of YHWH (Habakkuk 2:14).
The team in the Department of Planning meets regularly with all the other departments and attempts to have enough expertise on all aspects of God hunting resources so that it can advise our management team on the organizational changes that need to be made. We count on the Department of Planning to assure that we survive whatever the future may bring.
