Department of Outreach

Department of Outreach maximizes connections

Primary Function

The Department of Outreach exists to build and grow relationships around the world. It also helps Godhunting resources to earn a positive reputation among all Christians. Our goal is to create friendships around the world.

Divisions of the department of outreach

  • Manage media (e.g., Podcasts and YouTube) engagement and distribution;
  • Create and execute social activities, including alumni meetings;
  • Recruit scholars, retired professors, and other scholars;
  • Manage the certification and continuing education of Certified Godhunters; and
  • Liaison with other institutions and ministries.

Media outreach division

We live in the times of electronic devices. They are ubiquitous, and they all hunger for one thing: content. Our goal is to fill the devices’ hunger with the word of God. That means we need servants of the Lord who have been given the gifts necessary to create video and audio messages for these electronic devices.

Our Department of Education works on creating the content. The Department of Outreach, through this division, manages how the content reaches its audience. If this were a for-profit organization, we might call it marketing. This division analyzes the need, the demand, and the differences among audiences. As a worldwide endeavor, this is a huge undertaking.

SOCIAL outreach division

Letting people know what we are doing takes focused effort. With billions of people worldwide, digital marketing is essential to get the word out.

Initially, we hope to be successful with search engine optimization. We also know that we have to reach out to other Christians and let them know what we offer. There are many Christian organizations that focus on projects similar to what God-hunting Resources does. We want to identify them and try to build friendships and working relationships so that we can be of assistance to one another for the edification of the Church. This can be done through a variety of means, including face-to-face meetings and social events.

We also want to maintain friendships with those who have taken our courses and have been involved in this organization. The social outreach division will concentrate on planning, organizing, and supervising events that help our outreach goals.

Academic recruiting division

Although some might see this as a subset of the social outreach division, we think it is important to have a division that focuses on recruiting scholars and researchers. They often have unique personalities and may not respond to general marketing. It is often necessary to build deep friendships first and then establish credibility.

Certified Godhunter division

After a lengthy 14-course process, diligent graduates of the Godhunter program receive a certificate. There is a continuing education requirement, and we want to maintain friendships with these graduates. We expect that these people will be (or are) Christian leaders around the world. It is important that we keep in contact with them. This division specializes in helping these graduates in any way we can.

The program is administered through the Godhunting Academy.

Liaison division

Our staff in this division concentrates on liaising with other institutions and ministries. We do not want to duplicate others’ work or step on any toes. We do not see ourselves as necessarily creating something new but concentrating on preserving what exists. We want to build of friendships of trust with other ministries.
