Publish Your Paper
LXON Publishing Company republishes the classic Christian books of the past, and it also publishes new work. A student’s paper is often the first piece of scholarship that deserves readers beyond the professor who graded it. If yours does, send it to us.
A paper we publish becomes part of the LXON library. Like every book there, it is numbered by paragraph, so that anyone can cite it exactly and another reader can open it and find the same words. It carries your name as its author, and it stays in the library beside the classics.
What We Look For
Work on the Bible, theology, church history, apologetics, Christian thought, or the question of God, argued carefully and supported by sources that are cited. Research papers, theses, and essays are all welcome. Good writing matters: the paper should be clear to a reader who is not in your class.
Your paper should be your own work, and it should not already be under contract with another publisher. Ask your seminary or college whether a published paper can count toward course credit.
Practice First
Members of Solephia can practice inside the wall. The LXON library keeps a research dossier on each topic: a summary of what writers across the centuries have said about it. Rewriting a dossier’s summary is good training in reading sources and writing about them fairly, and the dossiers you improve help every researcher who comes after you.

What Happens Next
We will review your work and send you a response within a week. We may offer to publish it, ask you to revise it and send it again, or tell you it is not right for us, and we will say why. If we offer to publish it, we will send you the terms before anything is published.
